• Siempre Grocery Stores is seeking responsible and experienced Heavy and Tractor-Trailer Truck Drivers to join our dynamic logistics team. As a driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of goods to our grocery stores, helping us maintain our commitment to exceptional customer service and product availability.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Transport and Delivery:

• Safely operate heavy and tractor-trailer trucks to deliver goods and products to various Siempre Grocery Store locations as scheduled.

• Route Management:

• Plan and follow efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries, while adjusting for traffic, weather, and other potential disruptions.

• Load and Unload:

• Assist with the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring items are handled with care to prevent damage during transit.

• Vehicle Maintenance:

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, reporting any mechanical issues or maintenance needs to ensure the truck remains in safe working condition.

• Compliance:

• Adhere to all company policies, DOT regulations, and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment and legal compliance.

• Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, inspections, and hours of service. Submit necessary paperwork promptly.

• Customer Service:

• Interact professionally with store personnel and other stakeholders, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction.

• Problem Solving:

• Address and resolve delivery-related issues as they arise, communicating effectively with the logistics team to find solutions.

• Qualifications:

• Licensing:

• Possession of a valid Class A Commercial Drivers License (CDL) with a clean driving record.

• Experience:

• Proven experience as a heavy and tractor-trailer truck driver with a strong track record of safe and efficient driving.
