Responsibilities Safely operate flatbed trucks with automatic transmissions across designated routes, adhering to all safety regulations and traffic laws Secure loads properly on flatbeds Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the tractor-trailer, checking brakes, tires, lights, and load stability Plan optimal routes for timely deliveries while accommodating any route-specific requirements or restrictions Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, delivery documentation, and vehicle maintenance records in compliance with DOT regulations Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to coordinate pickups and deliveries, providing exceptional customer service throughout the process Skills Proven experience in truck driving with a focus on flatbed operations and route driving Excellent driving record with a solid understanding of commercial driving laws and safety protocols Physical ability to handle freight loading tasks and perform vehicle inspections regularly Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients efficiently Join us as a Flatbed CDL Driver and be part of a vibrant team that values energetic professionals committed to safe driving excellence!
