Trash Gremlin Disposal is looking for a hardworking and dependable Residential Trash Helper to join our crew in San Antonio, TX! This is a hands-on, active role where you'll play a vital part in keeping our communities clean and running smoothly. If you love working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a tight-knit team, this could be the perfect fit for you!

Responsibilities:

Assist with residential trash and waste collection along assigned routes Lift, carry, and empty trash receptacles into collection vehicles safely and efficiently Ride along on collection truck and assist driver with route completion Follow all safety protocols and proper waste handling procedures Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work vehicle and equipment Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure route efficiency Adhere to scheduled pickup times and residential service standards

Requirements:

Ability to perform heavy lifting (50+ lbs) and physical labor in all weather conditions Reliable, punctual, and committed to showing up on time every shift Strong work ethic with a positive, team-player attitude Previous waste collection, labor, or outdoor work experience is a plus Ability to work early morning hours and varied schedules Must be able to walk, run, and remain on foot for extended periods Valid ID and ability to pass a background check required
