Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. Must have valid drivers license. Candidate must be able to do the following plumbing, electrical, construction and landscaping. Experience is recommended but willing to learn is also welcomed. Responsibilities Pick up and and drop off hotel guest at designated locations Make sure to follow your maintenance duties as given by supervisor Make sure landscaping is done such as cutting grass and trimming hedges removing weeds from property Follow all safety guidelines and protocols while performing maintenance tasks. Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor as required.
