Applicants with or without towing experience are welcome to apply. Responsibilities Safely operate tow trucks, including flatbed and traditional models, to recover and transport vehicles of all types. Perform basic mechanical troubleshooting, minor repairs, and vehicle diagnostics to assess towing needs. Securely load and unload vehicles following cargo securement protocols to prevent damage during transit. Conduct vehicle inspections prior to towing, ensuring safe vehicle loading onto tow trucks while adhering to safety standards. Assist customers with roadside emergencies, providing excellent customer service with clear communication and professionalism. Follow proper vehicle recovery towing procedures, including vehicle mechanics for truck drivers and load & unload protocols. Maintain accurate logs of all towing activities, vehicle details, and incident reports for accountability and compliance.
