CDL Class B Water Truck Driver Position Overview:
The Water Truck Driver is responsible for operating a Ford F-750 water truck (~2,000-gallon tank, automatic transmission) to support job site operations, dust control, and soil compaction.
Pay Rate:
$22.00/hr (Entry-Level / Recent Graduates) $30.00•32.00/hr (Experienced)
Schedule:
Monday•Friday, 6:00 AM•5:30
PM Location:
204 County Road 180
Key Responsibilities:
Safe operation of a ~2,000-gallon water truck on active construction and excavation sites. Execute dust control spraying, soil conditioning, and water transport for site crews. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections per DOT requirements (fluid levels, air brakes, tire pressure). Monitor tank levels, pumps, and spray valves during operation. Maintain detailed driver logs and delivery records as required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
License:
Valid Class B CDL (Air Brakes required).
Endorsements:
Tanker Endorsement required.
Transmission:
Automatic (Manual transmission experience is a plus).
Experience Level:
Entry-level friendly (Recent CDL school graduates are welcome to apply; D2 will train on processes).
Background & Screening:
Clean drug screen, 3-7 year MVR lookback, and nationwide criminal background check (Second-chance friendly/probation considered if eligibility criteria are met).

CDL Class B Quad-Axle Dump Truck Driver Position Overview:
The Quad-Axle Dump Truck (Superdump) Driver is responsible for transporting dirt, aggregate, gravel, and excavation materials to and from active job sites using an automatic quad-axle dump truck.
Pay Rate:
$22.00/hr (Entry-Level / Recent Graduates)•$30.00•32.00/hr (Experienced)
Schedule:
Monday•Friday, 6:00 AM•5:30
PM Location:
204 County Road 180
Key Responsibilities:
Operate a quad-axle dump truck safely on public roads, highways, and off-road excavation sites. Haul, dump, and stockpile construction materials (dirt, aggregate, rock) per supervisor and site manager instructions. Execute pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, ensuring all safety and mechanical controls meet DOT compliance. Monitor vehicle load weight to ensure compliance with road/axle weight limits. Manage load covers/tarps and ensure safe discharge of materials at designated dump locations.
