Clean background Good driving record Positive attitude Strong work ethic Strong customer service skills Must pass drug screening Ability to navigate tablet or phone to complete calls and input data. Basic understanding of cars and Automotive Maintenance is a plus. Summary As a Tow Truck Driver/Operator, you will be essential in providing reliable roadside assistance and ensuring the safe transport of vehicles. Reporting to the Operations Manager, your core skills in driving and operating tow trucks will be complemented by your premium skills in automotive diagnostics and mechanical knowledge. You will also utilize your customer service abilities to effectively communicate with clients during stressful situations.
