The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing reliable and efficient towing services, assisting customers in distress, and ensuring the safe transport of vehicles. This role requires strong automotive knowledge, excellent driving skills, and the ability to manage conflicts effectively. Responsibilities Operate tow trucks, including flatbed and traditional tow vehicles, to transport disabled or improperly parked vehicles. Conduct automotive diagnostics to assess vehicle issues before towing. Perform basic automotive repairs as needed to ensure safe towing. Drive manual transmission vehicles when required. Manage conflict situations with customers professionally and calmly. Maintain accurate records of all towing activities and vehicle conditions. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies while on duty. Assist in loading and unloading vehicles using forklifts when necessary. Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions. Requirements Valid driver's license (tdlr im license ) is required must have a clean driving record. Must pass background check for AAA and other service providers Proven experience in automotive repair and diagnostics is highly desirable. Familiarity with operating tow trucks, including flatbed models. Strong conflict management skills to handle customer interactions effectively. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed. Knowledge of manual transmission operation is a plus. Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
