is coming to Deep East Texas, and we're looking for local drivers to join us. Created by Legacy Institute for Financial Empowerment (LIFE), RYDZ is a locally focused transportation service designed to help address transportation gaps throughout Deep East Texas while creating flexible earning opportunities for people in the communities we serve. As a RYDZ Driver, you'll use your own vehicle to provide safe, reliable transportation to riders traveling to work, appointments, errands, local destinations, and more. Unlike national rideshare platforms, RYDZ is local. That means local driver screening, local dispatch support, and a transportation service built specifically around the needs of our Deep East Texas communities. Why Drive With RYDZ? Keep up to 70% of every fare Choose when you're available to drive Use your own qualifying vehicle Receive local dispatch support Accept on-demand and scheduled ride opportunities Earn income while helping people get where they need to go Drive for a community-focused platform created right here in DEEP East Texas Driver Requirements Applicants must: Be 25 years old or older Have a valid driver's license Have a valid Social Security number Own or have authorized use of a qualifying personal vehicle Maintain required personal automobile insurance Successfully complete a background check Complete an in-person driver screening Submit all required registration and vehicle documentation Meet RYDZ driver and vehicle standards Passenger safety is a priority at RYDZ. All driver applicants are subject to a criminal background screening as part of the approval process. Individuals with disqualifying convictions involving violent crimes or sexual assault are not eligible to drive with RYDZ. Additional offenses or background-check findings may also affect eligibility in accordance with RYDZ's driver screening standards and applicable law.

Vehicle Requirements Vehicles must generally:

Have four doors Be 15 model years old or newer Be properly registered, insured, and able to meet applicable state inspection requirements Have functioning air conditioning and windows Be in safe, clean, and functional condition Have no significant missing exterior or interior components Have no commercial branding or taxi-style paint/markings Additional vehicle requirements may apply during the approval process. RYDZ drivers are engaged as independent contractors, not employees of Legacy Institute for Financial Empowerment or

LIFE RYDZ.

Earnings are based on completed fares and applicable compensation and are not guaranteed. Drivers are responsible for applicable expenses associated with operating and maintaining their vehicles, subject to the RYDZ Driver Agreement.

$60.00 - $200.00 per day
