Oilfield Truck Pusher (Fluid Hauling)Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Oilfield Truck Pusher to oversee and coordinate our daily fluid hauling operations. In this role, you will lead a team of drivers moving produced water and other oil and gas related fluids . You will be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and timely transport while maintaining strict compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Prior experience in oilfield fluid hauling or logistics supervision is required.

Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesSupervision & Logistics Direct daily trucking operations , dispatching drivers and scheduling fluid hauls. Coordinate the transport of produced water , flowback, and other oilfield fluids to disposal wells or designated sites. Monitor driver schedules and hours of service to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime. Communicate directly with field superintendents , operators, and dispatch to meet changing fluid management needs. Safety & Compliance Enforce all safety protocols , DOT regulations, and company safety policies on-site and on the road. Conduct regular safety meetings , tailgate meetings, and job safety analyses (JSAs). Perform routine site and equipment inspections to identify and mitigate safety hazards. Investigate accidents or spill incidents , reporting findings and implementing corrective actions immediately. Equipment & Maintenance Oversee vehicle inspections , ensuring all vacuum trucks, tankers, and equipment are properly maintained. Coordinate routine maintenance and repairs with the shop or third-party mechanics to prevent breakdowns. Ensure all fluid transport equipment is clean , leak-free, and legally compliant. Documentation & Administrative Review and verify driver logs , run tickets, and manifests for accuracy before submission. Track fluid volumes and disposal tickets to ensure precise record-keeping. Evaluate driver performance and provide on-the-job training or corrective coaching as needed. Required Qualifications Proven experience as a Truck Pusher, Dispatcher, or Lead Driver in the oilfield services industry. Specific experience with fluid hauling operations , particularly vacuum trucks and produced water transport. Valid Class A CDL with Tanker (N) endorsement preferred. Required Qualifications Proven experience as a Truck Pusher, Dispatcher, or Lead Driver in the oilfield services industry. Specific experience with fluid hauling operations , particularly vacuum trucks and produced water transport. Proficiency in basic computer skills , including email, spreadsheet software, and digital dispatch/ELD systems. Availability to work a flexible schedule , including mandatory weekends and holidays , as oilfield operations run 24/7. Valid Class A CDL with Tanker (N) endorsement preferred. Strong knowledge of DOT regulations , FMCSA rules, and oilfield safety standards. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Pay:

$62,204.01 - $74,912.35 per year
