Magnolia, TX Position:
Full-Time CDL Class A Tanker Driver We are looking for an experienced, dependable CDL Class A driver with a Tanker Endorsement to join a growing operation in the Houston area. This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable working independently, takes care of equipment, communicates well, and can solve problems in the field without needing constant supervision. This is not just a driving position. We need someone who takes ownership of their truck and equipment and can be trusted to handle the job correctly. Requirements Valid Class A CDL Current Tanker EndorsementMUST HAVE VALID MEDICAL CARD UPON INTERVIEW
5+ years of CDL driving experience preferred Tanker experience strongly preferred Clean and safe driving record Comfortable driving automatic and manual trucks Able to properly inspect and care for trucks and equipment Strong problem-solving skills Dependable and able to work with limited supervision Good communication skills Safety-focused and professional Must be comfortable working a high number of hours Must be flexible for an on-call or rotating schedule Responsibilities Safely operate Class A tanker trucks throughout the Houston area Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections Maintain and protect trucks, tanker equipment, hoses, pumps, and related equipment Identify and communicate mechanical or equipment problems before they become larger issues Keep equipment clean and organized Follow company safety procedures and DOT requirements Communicate clearly with dispatch, management, customers, and other team members Handle changing schedules and field conditions professionally Work independently and make good decisions in the field The Person We're Looking For We're looking for someone who takes pride in their equipment and their work. You should be the type of driver who notices when something doesn't sound or feel right, addresses problems early, and doesn't abuse equipment. Because this is part of a growing operation, you need to be comfortable working independently and helping solve problems as they come up. Dependability, communication, good judgment, and taking care of equipment are just as important to us as driving experience.Job Type:
