Responsibilities Safely operate CDL trucks and tankers to haul sand, crude oil, and production water in West Texas oilfields Follow all DOT, company, and site-specific safety policies and procedures Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs Maintain accurate logs, tickets, and delivery documentation using ELD and company systems Coordinate with dispatch, field, and customer personnel for on-time pickups and deliveries Monitor road, weather, and site conditions to minimize risk and delays Properly connect, disconnect, and secure hoses and equipment during loading and unloading Adhere to designated routes and speed limits while protecting company equipment Participate in safety meetings, ongoing training, and continuous improvement programs Provide professional, respectful service while representing Chalk Mountain Services of Texas in the field Required Skills CDL Class A with tanker endorsement Oilfield hauling operations Safe truck and tanker operation DOT regulations and compliance Electronic logging devices (ELD) Trip planning and routing Hazard recognition and safety procedures Vehicle inspection and basic maintenance Load securement and product transfer Radio and dispatch communication
