Job Description

This position provides a range of transportation services to clients. This includes monitoring clients during tran sport and informing OMHP/LPHA/Clinic RN/Clinic director of problematic behaviors. Duties include, but are not limited to, transportation, courier duties, coordination of vehicle upkeep, monitoring clients during transport, documentation of transport time, and safety duties to include vehicle checks and maintenance of vehicles. Transportation includes travel outside the catchment area. Clinic Driver is part of an administrative support team and will also provide back-up support duties such as office communications & other tasks. Position will be available as needed during evening hours.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm flex
Minimum Qualifications:
Position requires applicant be a high school graduate or GED required with processing skills for both entry and output proficiencies. Must possess current driver's license and Defensive Driving Certificate. Experience in human service field preferred.
