Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dependable Mixer Truck Driver to join our dynamic construction team. In this vital role, you will operate heavy-duty mixer trucks to deliver and pour concrete at various construction sites. Your expertise will ensure the smooth flow of materials necessary for large-scale civil infrastructure projects, including paving, rebar installation, and concrete pumping. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute directly to infrastructure development while maintaining a strong focus on safety and equipment upkeep. Duties Safely operate commercial mixer trucks to transport concrete, asphalt, or other paving materials to designated construction sites. Ensure compliance with DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and safety protocols during all driving and loading activities. Maintain accurate delivery logs, inspection reports, and documentation related to equipment operation and maintenance. Assist with construction site tasks such as loader operation, rebar installation, screed handling, and concrete pumping when needed. Conduct routine mechanical checks and minor maintenance on trucks and mixing equipment to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with project managers and crew members to coordinate material delivery schedules and site operations efficiently. Follow all safety regulations related to heavy equipment operation, paving procedures, and working on civil infrastructure projects. Requirements Valid commercial class A or B driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record. 2+ years driving experience. No mixer experience required. We will teach you. Strong understanding of DOT regulations governing commercial vehicle operation. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.
