In this vital role, you will be responsible for safely operating a box truck to deliver goods efficiently and on time. Duties Safely operate a box truck, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations during route driving and deliveries Load and unload cargo using manual lifting techniques, pallet jacks, or forklifts as needed, ensuring proper handling and secure placement of items Deliver goods promptly to customers, maintaining professionalism and excellent customer service throughout each interaction Verify delivery paperwork, obtain signatures, and document all deliveries accurately in company systems Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after shifts to ensure safety and compliance with maintenance schedules Plan efficient routes to maximize productivity and meet delivery deadlines Assist with warehouse tasks such as inventory management, moving items within the facility, and supporting team members as needed Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience with commercial driving preferred Prior delivery driver experience, especially with box trucks or similar vehicles Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Physical ability to lift heavy items regularly, including moving boxes and equipment Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment is a plus Knowledge of route driving best practices and safety procedures Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently in a fast-paced environment Join us if you're eager to bring energy, reliability, and a positive attitude to every delivery!
