FedEx Independent Service Provider (ISP) is looking for high performing drivers (full-time/part-time) with at least one year of driving experience to join its team. The individual must have strong work ethics and continuous drive to succeed. While a CDL is not required, prior driving experience with Amazon, Wal-Mart, Uber, Lyft or similar companies will be a plus.

Requirements:

At least 21 years of age A valid regular driver's license (Class C) At least 1 year of verifiable driving experience within the last 3 years) A clean driving record (no DUIs, cell phone tickets, reckless driving tickets, etc. in past 3 years) Legal status to work in the USA Able to pass a DOT physical (including drug test) Able to safely lift/carry up to 75 lbs. and up to 150 lbs. with hand truck Must Pass FedEx criminal background check Have a strong work ethic and get it done attitude Must be able to understand and speak English for communications with customers, coworkers, or supervisors Daily duties include but not limited to: Expected to arrive on time in uniform Operate vehicle safely at all times Loading vehicles for deliveries and organizing daily loads Deliver and pick up packages to businesses and residences. Drivers are expected to routinely deliver up to 130-150 stops a day Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicle including checking fluid levels Accurately operate scanner/effectively track delivery process Consistently deliver entire route in a timely manner Paid training will be provided that covers delivery/route procedures, standard equipment operations, customer service skills, and driver safety

Schedule:

10-hour shift Day shift Overtime Weekend availability
