Residential Trash Truck Driver Location:

Palestine, Texas Pay:

$25.00-27.00/hr. DOE Drive with Purpose. Grow with Waste Connections. We're looking for experienced and safety-minded CDL Drivers to join our growing team in Palestine , Texas.

The Job:

Safely operate a CDL Truck from ouryard—start and end your shift in the same location. Service Residential routes with timely pickups and deliveries. Operate hydraulic and automated lifting systems to load/unload materials and containers.

Work a consistent schedule:

e.g., Mon-Fri, 6 AM start | Approx. 50-55 hrs./week Communicate clearly with dispatchers and customers. Conduct daily pre/post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety.

Requirements:

Class A or B CDL Minimum 1 year of CDL driving experience Clean MVR and safety-first mindset Physically able to lift 75+ lbs., climb in/out of truck, and work outdoors in all conditions What's in It for
