TOW TRUCK REPOSSESSION DRIVERS
•Experienced in vehicle repossession and ready for your next opportunity? We are looking for dependable, motivated, and experienced repossession drivers to join our growing team as Tow Truck Repossession Drivers. Previous repossession experience is required. This position is intended for drivers who already understand the repossession industry and are comfortable operating a self-loader in real-world recovery situations. This is not an entry-level position and we are not currently looking to train drivers transitioning into repossession from another field. If you already know the business, can operate a self-loader confidently, and are ready to get to work, we want to hear from you. >>>
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
<<< As a Repossession Driver, you'll operate a self-loader tow truck to locate, secure, and transport vehicles assigned for repossession.
Your responsibilities will include:
Operating self-loader tow trucks safely and efficiently Locating and recovering vehicles assigned for repossession Determining the safest method for securing and transporting vehicles Loading and unloading vehicles carefully to prevent damage Communicating professionally with vehicle owners when contact occurs Remaining calm and professional during difficult or high-pressure situations Accurately documenting recoveries, vehicle information, and required details Performing routine equipment and truck inspections Following company procedures, safety requirements, and applicable regulations >>>
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
<<< Valid driver's license Valid TDLR tow operator license Previous vehicle repossession experience
REQUIRED
Proven experience operating self-loader tow trucks Familiarity with the repossession and recovery process Strong and safe driving skills Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Good judgment and situational awareness Ability to remain professional during challenging interactions Basic automotive/mechanical knowledge is a plus Previous mechanic experience is helpful but not required >>>
EXPERIENCED REPO DRIVERS WANTED

You'll be out in the field, working independently, operating professional towing equipment, and playing an important role in our recovery operation.
