Job Description

HPC Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking an EO/Driver II to safely operate company vehicles and support industrial cleaning and environmental services for energy and industrial clients. Based in field locations, you will transport crews, equipment, and waste, assist with hose and equipment setup, and follow strict safety procedures in refineries, plants, and utility sites. Our safety-first, team-oriented culture emphasizes environmental responsibility and continuous improvement, offering strong safety training, hands-on technical experience, and opportunities to advance into supervisory or specialist roles. Responsibilities Operate company vehicles and equipment to support industrial cleaning and environmental services at client facilities Transport personnel, materials, and waste in compliance with DOT and company safety standards Assist field crews with hose/equipment setup, containment, and site preparation Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and complete required documentation and logs Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and lockout/tagout or confined space rules as directed Communicate effectively with supervisors and site contacts regarding schedules, hazards, and job progress Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance checks of assigned vehicles and equipment Respond to changing field conditions and schedules, including occasional overtime and weekend work Required Skills Commercial driving (CDL) DOT compliance and logbook management Vehicle inspection and basic maintenance HAZWOPER and environmental safety procedures Confined space and lockout/tagout awareness Use of industrial hoses, pumps, and vacuum trucks PPE selection and proper use Route planning and time management Basic paperwork and electronic reporting Communication with dispatch and field supervisors
