Full Job Description Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Operate 53-foot dry van, POWER ONLY
  • Transport goods and materials to designated locations
  • Follow assigned routes and schedules for efficient delivery
  • Ensure proper handling and securing of cargo during transportation
  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance on trucks and equipment
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption
Requirements:
  • Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) of minimum 2 years with appropriate endorsements
  • Clean driving record with no major violations or accidents
  • Proven experience operating heavy equipment such 53-foot vans
  • Familiarity with local roads, routes, and traffic patterns
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects as needed```
