Job Description

Woodlake Outdoor is searching for Landscape Drivers to join our growing team! Candidates must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record, be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, and must be at least 21 years of age. These positions are fulltime and benefit eligible positions and we pay weekly. We are looking for candidates who want a long-term career and we are ready to invest in their growth!

Responsibilities:

Safely operate company trucks and trailers between the yard, suppliers, and job sites Load, secure, transport, and unload plants, soil, mulch, stone, tools, and equipment Complete daily vehicle and trailer inspections Keep vehicles, trailers, tools, and work areas clean and organized Assist crews with landscape installation, including: Planting trees, shrubs, and flowers Installing sod, mulch, soil, edging, and decorative stone Grading, digging, and preparing planting beds Loading and moving materials Cleaning and organizing job sites Communicate clearly with supervisors, crew members, suppliers, and customers Report vehicle, equipment, safety, or job-site concerns promptly Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

1 year of landscape/lawn care experience is preferred; open to training! Bilingual -Spanish/English preferred Valid Driver's License with clean driving record and ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screening; must be at least 21 yrs of age Familiarity with hand tools commonly used in landscaping. Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized work area. Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions Must be able to lift 50lbs and walk 10+ miles a day
