While our primary regional anchor point is based out of San Antonio, we are actively onboarding drivers who reside in or can easily service the following South-Central Texas communities:

In this vital role, you will operate your own vehicle to provide safe, reliable, and compassionate Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) services. We serve injured workers, medical patients, and individuals with mobility challenges, providing both ambulatory transport (for clients who walk independently) and wheelchair transport.

Ultimate Schedule Flexibility (Non-Exclusive Contract) We respect your independence! This is a non-exclusive 1099 independent contractor position. Even if you currently drive for other rideshare apps, medical transport fleets, or delivery services, you can partner with Tik Tok American Rides LLC. Mix and match your current routes with our scheduled medical trips to maximize your daily income.

Duties & Responsibilities Safely operate your vehicle in compliance with all traffic laws and safety regulations. Assist ambulatory passengers with entering and exiting the vehicle safely as needed. Assist wheelchair passengers with boarding, disembarking, and proper 4-point wheelchair securement. Maintain clear, timely communication with our dispatch office via smartphone apps. Conduct quick vehicle inspections before trips to ensure cleanliness and safety compliance. Maintain accurate electronic logs of trips and passenger pick-ups inside our dispatch system.

Requirements Vehicle Requirement:

Must own or operate a clean 4-door vehicle (Sedan, SUV, Minivan, or 4-Door Crew Cab Truck like an F-150) for ambulatory transport, OR a Wheelchair Accessible Van (WAV) equipped with a ramp or lift. All vehicles must be model year 2016 or newer (not older than 10 years) to meet medical contract safety compliance.

Age Requirement:

Must be at least 25 years old due to commercial compliance guidelines. Must possess a valid Texas Driver's License and a clean driving record. Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening (mandatory for medical contract compliance). A reliable smartphone or tablet with mobile data for dispatch tracking. Prior experience in NEMT, healthcare transit, rideshare, or caregiving is a plus, but not required!
