Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and safety-conscious Wireline Operator Trainee to join our team. This entry-level position provides hands-on training in wireline operations, equipment handling, and oilfield services. The successful candidate will assist experienced operators in the installation, maintenance, and operation of wireline equipment while learning industry standards, safety procedures, and customer service expectations. Duties and Responsibilities Assist operators in the setup, operation, and teardown of wireline equipment at customer locations. Learn proper wireline procedures and techniques used in oilfield operations. Support the loading, unloading, and transportation of equipment and materials. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of trucks, tools, and equipment. Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and environmental regulations. Accurately complete required paperwork, reports, and job documentation. Assist with rig-up and rig-down operations. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Work effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and customers. Participate in on-the-job training programs and safety meetings. Be available for overtime, on-call schedules, and travel as required. Qualifications Must be at least 21 years of age. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required. Class A CDL preferred or willingness to obtain. Must pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening. Driving record must meet company insurance requirements. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 pounds. Ability to work weekends and holidays when needed.
