US Sand & Gravel LLC is one of Stephenville's largest producers of construction aggregates and a major producer of aggregate-based construction materials used in ready-mixed concrete. We are currently looking for a Heavy Equipment Operator that prioritizes safety. This is a full-time position Monday through Friday 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM One must be willing to work overtime and extended hours depending on customer and company demands. Must be able to work outside in all types of weather conditions and tolerate being exposed to loud noises.

MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION TO OUR SURROUNDING ROCK AND SAND PITS.

Pay is based on experience.

Duties Included:

• Operate articulated dump truck
• Transporting aggregates throughout the pits or facility in a safe and efficient manner.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on equipment and daily basic maintenance.
• Knowledge of general principles and practices of operating and servicing heavy construction equipment is preferred.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating heavy construction equipment a plus
• Teamwork and effective communication are a MUST
• Valid Driver's License preferred
• Reliable transportation is required
