Pay & Benefits $22.50/hour starting pay Paid training Performance bonuses PTO starts immediately Medical insurance after 30 days (30+ hours/week) Company vehicle, fuel card, and uniforms provided Schedule & Hours Full-time and part-time opportunities 10-hour shifts, 4-5 days per week Average 150-200 stops per day Key Responsibilities Safely complete package delivery routes on time Operate and inspect company delivery vehicles daily Use GPS, delivery apps, and a smartphone for navigation, scanning, communication, and timekeeping Lift, carry, and deliver packages up to 50 lbs Work safely in all weather conditions while getting in and out of the van throughout the day Required Qualifications 21 years of age or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S. Valid driver's license in the state of employment Must be willing to submit to a background check, MVR review, and DOT physical (paid by employer) Must be willing to consent to a 4-panel drug test (does not include pre-employment marijuana testing) Comfortable working in a physically active, fast-paced environment Why Apply?
