Responsibilities Operate tow trucks, including flatbed and other specialized vehicles to recover, tow, and transport vehicles efficiently and safely Secure cargo and vehicles following cargo securement protocols to prevent damage during transit Load and unload vehicles with care, adhering to safety standards for vehicle loading onto tow trucks Manage vehicle recovery towing operations for various scenarios, including accident scenes or breakdowns Maintain accurate records of all towing activities. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients, dispatchers, and team members Was vehicles on the lot also the fleet of equipment Requirements No Felonies Must pass a background check, Dot physical, drug test Clean driving record Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience in commercial truck driving preferred Hands-on experience operating tow trucks, especially flatbed models, with knowledge of safe vehicle loading onto tow trucks is a plus Knowledge of cargo securement protocols and safe vehicle handling practices during loading and transport Excellent conflict management skills to handle challenging situations professionally Ability to operate forklifts or similar equipment is advantageous but not mandatory Physical stamina to load/unload vehicles and perform roadside recoveries in various conditions Embark on a career that combines technical expertise with active problem-solving!
