Job Description

Guest Shuttle Service combined with our uniquely massive and complimentary parking lots are some of the great attributes of our resort that set us apart in the ski resort industry. As a Shuttle Driver, your primary responsibility is to ensure the safe and efficient transportation of guests and employees to and from designated stops, including parking lots and skier drop-off areas. You will operate various vehicles such as shuttle buses and trucks and help with maintaining them in optimal condition. Beyond driving duties, you may be asked to help support various resort base operations. What will you be doing?
  • Picking up and dropping off guests at specified stops along specified routes to facilitate getting guests to and from parking lots and the plaza
  • Maintaining shuttle equipment to optimal operational and optical condition
  • Assisting other operations at the resort as necessary (e.g. Parking, Guest Services and Safety, snow removal, Lodge Services, Food and Beverage, emptying garbage, etc.)
  • Perform any reasonable tasks as requested by management
  • Understand, support and implement resort policies and procedures.
  • Maintain awareness of special events, groups and other circumstances out of the range of normal operations
  • Potentially chaining tires of shuttles

  • Snow Removal Front End Loader What do you need to be able to do the job?
At least 21 years of age Active CDL Class B or Class C Required. Passenger & Air Brake Endorsement Preferred (We may provide paid Passenger & Air Brake Endorsement training) Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record Previous professional driving experience with a clean driving record Must have or be willing to get DOT Medical Card within 30 days of hire Flexible schedule: including weekends and holidays as requested Basic knowledge of 2-way radio preferred Ability to clearly communicate in English Must have confidence to direct guests in assertive yet fun & positive manner Physical Demands & Work Environment Work outdoors in variable and sometimes severe winter weather. Able to shovel snow for extended periods of time Able to lift 50lbs
