Start or grow your CDL-A career driving regional dry van routes across 11 Western states. Both new graduates and experienced drivers can take advantage of steady freight, predictable bi-weekly home time, and supportive, driver-focused mentorship. Training & Entry Level Opportunities 4-6 week paid mentor program for new CDL-A drivers Full pay during training weeks $300 orientation bonus applied on your first solo paycheck Guided over-the-road experience in Western regional dry van operations Minimum requirements: CDL-A license, 21+ years old, 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school Experienced Driver Compensation Average weekly pay: $1,300
  • 1,500 Top 25% of drivers earn up to $1,700 per week Up to $0.
08 CPM performance bonus Bi-weekly home schedule Consistent regional miles and no-touch freight Benefits (Available After 30 Days) Medical, dental, and vision coverage Prescription plan 401(k) with company match Life and disability insurance Accident and critical illness coverage Driver Requirements Class A CDL Age 21+ 6+ months driving experience or enrollment as a trainee Pass DOT physical and drug screening Clean MVR/PSP Steady work history with minimal employment gaps Program Overview During training, mentors provide hands-on instruction on safe driving, route planning, and freight handling.
