Roll-Off Truck Driver Key Responsibilities:

Transportation & Operations Deliver, remove, and transport roll-off dumpsters to customer locations. Safely operate company vehicles while following all traffic laws and company policies. Perform daily route assignments efficiently and on schedule. Ensure dumpsters are placed and removed safely with minimal impact to customer property. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and disposal loads. Customer Service & Communication Provide professional and courteous service to customers at all times. Communicate clearly with dispatch, customers, and team members regarding schedules and service needs. Address customer questions and concerns in a friendly and professional manner. Represent KYCO Containers positively while working in the community. Equipment Maintenance & Safety Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly. Perform basic truck and dumpster maintenance as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned equipment. Follow all DOT regulations, safety standards, and company procedures. Identify and report potential safety concerns or equipment issues. Recordkeeping & Documentation Complete required operational records accurately and on time. Utilize smartphone applications and company technology to manage routes and job information. Document dumpster loads, service activities, and vehicle inspections. Ensure all paperwork and electronic records are maintained according to company standards.

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license required. Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) required. Ability to drive a manual transmission required. Current DOT Medical Card or the ability to obtain one before employment. Strong communication and customer service skills. Experience using smartphone applications and mobile technology. Ability to work independently and manage daily responsibilities. Familiarity with the Wasatch Front service area is beneficial. Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills are a plus. What Success Looks Like in
