Retention Bonus Available Schedule:
Full-Time 5 on 2 off/ 5 on 3 off rotating schedule 10-12 hour shifts Typical Dispatch times between 6pm-6am

What We Offer Home daily " local routes only Modern fleet " most trucks are less than 5 years old Paid Time Off (PTO) and Paid Holidays Profit-sharing bonus program Company-provided uniforms and laundry service Excellent benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and 401(k) Stable schedule with consistent dispatch times Strong safety culture and supportive leadership team What You'll Be Doing Safely operate commercial vehicles on local routes Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections Complete required paperwork accurately and on time Ensure equipment meets all safety and operational standards Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly Communicate professionally with customers, dispatch, leadership, and fellow Team Members Provide excellent customer service during all interactions Assist with additional operational tasks as needed to support customer expectations Work safely and follow all company and DOT safety procedures What We're Looking For Valid Class A CDL with doubles/triples endorsement Minimum of 6 months of recent driving experience required to obtain LCV Training Certificate Manual transmission experience preferred Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled Clean driving record Ability to pass: Background check Drug and alcohol screening Reference checks Savage road test including proper pre
