Job Description

Short Local Runs. No-Touch Freight. Home Daily. We're hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers for a local dedicated fleet based in the Brigham City / Willard, UT area. This position is built around short, predictable routes throughout Northern Utah. Drivers average approximately 19 miles per run and 3 turns per shift, with no-touch freight and daily home time.

WHAT A TYPICAL SHIFT LOOKS LIKE
Drivers primarily make local runs throughout Northern Utah , averaging approximately: 3 turns per shift 19 miles per run 10-hour shifts Daily home time No-touch freight This is a dedicated operation with established routes rather than traditional regional or OTR driving.
AVAILABLE START TIMES
The fleet operates across multiple shifts, with anticipated start times generally falling within: 12:00 AM-4:00 AM or 2:00 PM-5:00 PM Drivers work approximately 5.5 days per week on 10-hour shifts. Specific schedules and available start times will be reviewed during the hiring process.
COMPENSATION
Drivers average approximately $1,250 per week . Compensation is based on mileage using a band-pay structure, with additional safety incentive opportunities available. Actual earnings vary based on routes, mileage, schedule, and other applicable compensation factors.
DRIVER REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must: Hold a valid Class A CDL Have at least 3 months of recent, verifiable tractor-trailer experience Be able to work the required schedule Have reliable transportation to and from the distribution center Meet applicable DOT qualification requirements Be authorized to work in the United States Trucks remain at the Brigham City distribution center and cannot be taken home.
