A Tractor-Trailer Truck Driver drives large commercial vehicles such as tractor-trailers, semi-trucks, or big rigs. Responsibilities typically include transporting cargo across long distances, sometimes over the course of multiple days. They may work for trucking companies, freight carriers, logistics, or shipping companies.
Monday to Friday, 8 AM•5 PM Occasional Saturday Shred Events (Spring & Fall•4-hour events) Seeking a US Veteran, National Guardsman, Reservist and/or Military Spouse for a Shred Truck Driver position. This position doesn't require a CDL, but you must pass a DOT Medical Exam . What You'll Do:
Drive a shred truck on a daily route using google-optimized truck routing software Interact professionally with clients at every stop (100% client-facing) Safely lift and load materials up to 30 lbs regularly Navigate downtown buildings and comply with federal building security protocols Follow instructions from dispatch and management Occasionally participate in Saturday shred events (Spring/Fall•Team-based)
What We're Looking For:
US Veteran, National Guardsman, Reservist or Military Spouse highly preferred Driving experience in trucks (CDL not required, but experience is a must) Able to pass: DOT Medical Exam Background Check Drug Screen Not intimidated by driving in busy city environments Strong communication and customer service skills Team-oriented, reliable, and a hard worker Comfortable with technology including google-based routing software Easterseals
