Job Description

Position Summary:
The Truck Driver is responsible for driving oversized loads, loading and unloading heavy equipment, and operating log and dump trucks. Travel is required and will vary depending on job assignments.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Must have an active and valid Class "A" Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and a good driving record. Proven work experience as a truck driver. Experience strapping and unstrapping loads and hooking and unhooking the trailer required. Forklift experience required; certification preferred. Willingness to work outdoors in all weather and driving conditions. Pre-employment drug screen and background checks are required.
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent required. At least two (2) years of experience truck driving experience.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting while driving the truck. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time. Must be able to strap and unstrap loads onto the truck. Must be able to stand, walk, crouch, crawl, and carry occasionally. Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, twist, balance, and climb regularly. Must be able to reach and handle objects frequently.
