This position offers an engaging work environment where your skills directly impact community health and satisfaction. Requirements A Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record is required. This is a non-negotiable requirement for the position. Previous experience operating commercial trucks, service trucks, pump trucks, box trucks, or similar vehicles is preferred. Ability to safely operate a commercial vehicle in accordance with company policies, traffic laws, and applicable DOT requirements. Experience with route-based driving, including safely navigating residential, commercial, construction, and job-site locations. Ability to safely load, unload, move, deliver, and retrieve portable toilet units and related equipment. Physical ability to perform frequent lifting, pulling, pushing, bending, climbing, and other physically demanding tasks throughout the workday. Ability to learn and safely operate pump-truck equipment, hoses, valves, pumps, and other portable sanitation service equipment. Ability to work independently, manage an assigned route, follow work orders, and complete scheduled services efficiently. Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions and around portable sanitation waste. Strong customer-service skills with a professional and respectful attitude when interacting with customers and the public. Dependable attendance, punctuality, attention to safety, and willingness to properly care for company vehicles and equipment.
