Thompson Industrial Services LLC seeks an EO/Driver I to support industrial cleaning projects for power, manufacturing, and heavy industrial clients. This entry-level field role operates company trucks and assists with hydroblasting, vacuum, and chemical cleaning services. Responsibilities include safely transporting equipment, setting up and breaking down job sites, following strict safety and environmental procedures, and supporting senior technicians. The position offers extensive safety training, exposure to advanced cleaning technologies, and a clear path to higher operator and leadership roles in a safety-first, team-driven culture. Responsibilities Safely operate company trucks and equipment to and from industrial job sites Assist with setup and operation of hydroblasting and industrial vacuum equipment Follow all safety, environmental, and PPE procedures on every job Perform basic vehicle and equipment inspections and report maintenance needs Support crew with job site preparation, hose/equipment layout, and cleanup Complete required logs, paperwork, and basic documentation accurately Communicate effectively with supervisors and crew members on job progress Participate in ongoing safety and technical training programs Required Skills Commercial driving (CDL) Hydroblasting equipment operation Industrial vacuum truck operation Basic mechanical aptitude Lockout/tagout safety procedures Hazardous materials handling Pre- and post-trip inspections Reading and following work orders PPE and safety protocol compliance Basic recordkeeping and log completion
