Job Summary As a Courier / Delivery Driver , you will play a critical role in supporting our school clients by ensuring the safe and timely transportation of devices between client locations and our workshop. This is a client-facing position , where professionalism, punctuality, and a customer-first approach are essential. You will represent the company while interacting with school staff and ensuring devices are handled with care and delivered in a secure and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities Pick up and deliver devices between school locations and the company workshop in a timely manner Ensure safe handling, transportation, and tracking of all equipment Provide professional and courteous service while interacting with clients and school staff Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, pickups, and routes Follow assigned routes and schedules while maintaining flexibility as needed Perform basic checks to ensure devices are properly documented during handoff Communicate effectively with internal teams regarding delivery status and any issues Maintain cleanliness and proper use of company-provided vehicle Qualifications We are seeking individuals who are dependable, professional, and customer-focused, with strong time management and communication skills.
Basic Qualifications:
Must be 21 years or older Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Minimum 3 years of driving experience No DUI convictions No more than one moving violation and/or at-fault accident within the last three (3) years Ability to lift and move equipment weighing 50+ lbs Basic technical comfort (ability to use a smartphone or tablet for tracking and communication) Strong customer service and communication skills Professional demeanor when interacting with clients Legal right to work in the United States What We Offer Work Environment & Flexibility Company-provided vehicle and gas card (no out-of-pocket expenses) Routes typically run between 8:00 AM
  • 4:30 PM Once daily routes are completed, you are free to leave for the day Flexible scheduling, especially during school breaks due to reduced workload Benefits Paid holidays (6 per year) Paid Time Off (PTO) eligibility after one year of service Health insurance Flexible schedule Pay
