About the Role As a CDL A Driver, you will be responsible for the pickup and delivery of Mobile Medical Trailers of multiple modalities to hospital and clinic locations throughout the Chesapeake, VA area and surrounding region. Duties include (but are not limited to): Preparing each unit for safe transport Safely transporting units to delivery locations on a timely basis Setting up units for the next day's scheduled use Maintaining a professional appearance and positive demeanor with medical clients at all times This position is typically home daily ; however, availability for additional transports, including evenings, nights, weekends, and occasional overnights, is required . Hours will vary as scheduled. What We Offer Compensation & Bonuses Starting salary: $1,250/week (~$65,500 annually) — salary review within 90 days Paid orientation Quarterly incentive program Per diem when applicable Full-Time Benefits (available after 30-day introductory period) Health, Vision, Dental, Life, and 401(k) benefit package

PTO:

Job Requirements:

Our ideal professional driver will have: Minimum 5 years of CDL A tractor-trailer driving experience Current Class A CDL Ability to operate a manual transmission Clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) Some mechanical knowledge and experience Professional appearance and a customer service-oriented attitude — you will be representing DelMed directly with our medical clientele Ability to adapt quickly to schedule changes Basic knowledge of computer software programs and internet navigation Physical Requirements This position requires the physical ability to perform the following throughout the course of a shift: Stand, walk, climb, balance, bend, kneel, crouch, and crawl as needed Lift, carry, push, or pull up to 75 pounds

Wage Range:

1250.00 - 1250.00 per week
