• Automatic $0.50/hour raise every 6 months until you reach $25.00 — it's a schedule, not a negotiation
• +$1.00/hour for driving a manual transmission
• +$1.00/hour as a Team Lead
• Top of scale: $27.00/hour A busy week grosses around $1,350. A slow week runs about $960. We're giving you both numbers because both happen. 40 hours guaranteed Show up for every scheduled day and you're paid 40 hours — even when the job gets rained out. Vacation doesn't count against it. Weather is part of this work and it shouldn't come out of your paycheck. Schedule

• Consistent hours you can plan around
• Home daily Paid training
• 1-2 weeks at $150 per day
• OSHA-10 certification, Dominion site training, and behind-the-wheel time
• The certifications are yours to keep Bonuses
• $100 a month for perfect attendance
• Quarterly bonus based on company performance — typically 2.5-3% of your gross pay for the quarter
