This role is a mix of driving, physical setup work, light maintenance, and customer interaction. Perfect for someone who's mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and enjoys working independently in the field. Responsibilities Deliver, set up, break down, and return trailer units to and from guest sites Inspect units for wear and tear before and after guest use Manage and service waste tank and fresh water tank systems using established procedures Perform minor repairs to fix small cosmetic or functional issues, ensuring each unit meets guest expectations Transport vehicles/units to and from maintenance appointments Walk guests through their camper on delivery — explain systems, features, and basic operation Perform basic troubleshooting on unit systems (electrical, plumbing, appliances) as needed Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Comfortable towing and maneuvering trailers Basic mechanical/handyman skills; comfortable with hands-on repair work Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to lift and handle physical setup tasks Self-starter who can manage a route and schedule independently Prior RV, trailer, fleet, or maintenance experience a plus
