Organization Work Schedule:

Monday through Friday. Local pickup and delivery Marginal overnight Home on the weekend

Duties and Responsibilities:

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Transports hazardous materials. Perform the daily safety checks of equipment Properly secure loads for safe transport Inspects truck equipment for DOT compliance and ensures that repair notices are given to management. Follow all applicable traffic laws. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must have CDL Class A Endorsement, hazmat and tanker on driver's license Must have two years' experience transporting hazardous material with semi-trucks and trailers/tankers Knowledge of DOT regulations Ability to operate a forklift (prior certification required). Must be able speak and understand English well. Have good communication skills (written and oral). Ability to read and identify sequences of numbers.
