Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and professional Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting goods and materials, ensuring timely deliveries, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires a valid driver's license, experience with commercial driving, and the ability to handle various loading and unloading tasks. The Driver will play a vital role in maintaining efficient route driving operations while adhering to safety standards. Duties Safely operate box trucks and other commercial vehicles for delivery routes Load and unload cargo using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual lifting techniques Deliver goods to customers or warehouses according to scheduled routes Assist with moving items within warehouses or client locations as needed Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and on time Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine safety checks Follow all traffic laws and company policies during route driving Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries professionally Document delivery activities and obtain necessary signatures or proof of delivery Skills Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier, with route driving expertise Strong customer service skills to ensure positive interactions with clients Warehouse experience including load & unload procedures Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual transmission vehicles safely Knowledge of heavy lifting techniques and moving equipment efficiently Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and safety standards Ability to navigate using GPS or route planning tools effectively Physical stamina for heavy lifting and extended periods of driving or standing Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
