Job Description

Crowder & White Contracting, LLC is urgently seeking dependable Class B CDL Drivers with a current HazMat endorsement to support hauling, construction, and industrial operations. Drivers must be safety-minded, reliable, and able to work as part of a field team. Heavy equipment operating experience is a plus but is not required.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Safely operate Class B CDL commercial motor vehicles. Haul materials, waste, aggregate, equipment, and other loads as assigned. Perform required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Maintain a valid Class B CDL, HazMat endorsement, DOT medical certification, and all other required credentials. Follow DOT, customer, and company safety requirements. Maintain assigned vehicles and promptly report mechanical or safety issues. Complete required paperwork, logs, tickets, and delivery documentation accurately. Assist with general hauling and field-support duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS / EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS
Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License. Current HazMat endorsement. Current DOT medical certification and ability to remain medically qualified. Safe driving record and dependable attendance. Ability to safely operate assigned commercial vehicles and follow all DOT requirements. Heavy equipment operating experience is a plus, but is not required. Must comply with Crowder & White's drug-free workplace policy and applicable drug-testing requirements.
COMPENSATION
Pay Range:
$22.00-$25.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
Signing Bonus:
Available for qualified candidates; amount determined based on experience and qualifications.
Overtime:
1.5 times the base hourly rate for overtime hours, in accordance with applicable wage laws.
Pay:
$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
