Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Driver's License (CDL) A Driver to join our dynamic transportation team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating tractor-trailers and to transport freight efficiently across various routes. Your expertise will ensure timely deliveries, compliance with safety regulations, and excellent service to our clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced logistics operation that values safety, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.(Home daily) Responsibilities Safely operate tractor-trailers, including containers adhering to all FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) and DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations. Navigate routes using GPS navigation systems to ensure timely delivery across over-the-road (OTR) and regional driving routes. Drop and hook Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to identify maintenance needs or safety issues. Maintain accurate delivery logs, shipment documentation, and compliance records for all transportation activities. Requirements Valid CDL A license with a clean driving record. Proven 1 year experience in commercial truck driving. Must have a Twic Card Knowledge of FMCSA regulations, DOT regulations, safety standards for truck driving. Ability to operate automatic /manual transmission vehicles confidently. Excellent driving skills with a focus on safety and customer service.
