CDL A OTR
Drivers to join our reputable team. As an integral part of our transportation services, you will be responsible for long-haul deliveries across various states, ensuring timely and safe transportation of goods. Leveraging our deep commitment to compliance and quality, we ensure that our drivers are supported with the latest technology and well-maintained vehicles for their journeys. This position requires adaptability, independence, and a strong focus on safety and customer service. Responsibilities Operate a tractor-trailer or similar vehicle to transport goods long distance across various states. Ensure compliance with federal and state vehicle regulations and safety standards. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure proper functioning and safe conditions. Manage routes and schedules efficiently to meet delivery deadlines. Maintain accurate travel and cargo logs. Communicate effectively with dispatch and logistics staff to report any issues or delays. Adhere to company's safety policies and procedures to minimize risks on the road. Required Skills Proven ability to operate a tractor-trailer or similar heavy vehicles. Strong navigation skills and familiarity with GPS devices. Excellent time management to meet delivery schedules. Effective communication skills. Capability to handle physical requirements of the job including loading and unloading cargo.
