3007324172-2 Apply for this job now Job Description GFL Environmental is seeking a safety-focused Roll-Off Driver to provide reliable waste collection and transport services. In this role, you will operate roll-off trucks to pick up and deliver containers for commercial, industrial, and construction customers, ensuring loads are secure and documented accurately. You'll perform pre/post-trip inspections, follow DOT and company safety procedures, and maintain clean, well-kept equipment. Working closely with dispatch and customers, you'll manage daily routes, adapt to changing schedules, and represent GFL with professional, courteous service in the community. Responsibilities Operate roll-off trucks to service commercial, industrial, and construction customers Safely load, secure, transport, and unload roll-off containers Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks Follow DOT, OSHA, and company safety policies and procedures Communicate with dispatch to manage daily routes and handle schedule changes Complete required logs, tickets, and service documentation accurately Provide professional, courteous customer service at all stops Maintain cleanliness and safe operating condition of assigned vehicle Required Skills CDL truck operation Roll-off truck operation Vehicle inspection and maintenance Route navigation and scheduling Load securement Hydraulic controls operation DOT compliance OSHA safety practices Customer service Basic recordkeeping
