Position Summary Total Waste Removal is hiring reliable, hardworking individuals to join our team as Trash Truck Helpers. This is a physically demanding but rewarding position with consistent hours, competitive pay, and opportunities for advancement. Key Responsibilities Ride along with the driver and assist with residential and commercial waste collection. Lift, carry, and dump trash and recycling containers into the truck. Help maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Work as part of a team to complete daily routes efficiently and safely. Requirements Must be 18 years or older. Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the workday. Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain. Dependable with strong attendance and a good work ethic. Ability to work early morning shifts. Start times may vary depending on the route. Positive attitude and willingness to work hard as part of a team.
