Manassas, Virginia About the Position Our client is seeking local CDL A delivery drivers to deliver food service orders throughout the Metro DC area and within a two-hour radius of Manassas. This direct-hire opportunity offers paid training, component-based pay after training, and the potential to earn up to $110,000 per year. This is a physically demanding delivery position involving frequent stops, heavy products, and hands-on unloading. Experienced food service drivers may qualify for a retention bonus of up to $10,000. Pay & Schedule Details $34.00 per hour during 3-4 weeks of training After training: Component pay based on stops, miles, and cases Daily minimum of $320 Average annual earnings of up to $110,000 Pay issued biweekly Retention bonus of $5,000-$10,000 for drivers with relevant food service experience, paid during the first year Monday through Saturday availability required Work 5-6 days per week, with Sundays always off Start times vary between 10:00 p.M. and 4:30 a.
