On-the-job training Growth opportunities Help Wanted Road Services Position Sky Bryce Association, Inc., a property owners' association, located at 7208 Supinlick Ridge Road, Basye, Virginia, seeks one full-time person to perform road maintenance for 52 miles of road. Experience with tractors, skid loaders, excavators, chainsaws, tar and chipping and plowing snow preferred, but not required. Vehicle and equipment maintenance experience is a plus. Class B CDL with tanker and hazmat also preferred and may result in a pay scale differential, but not required. Must be able to lift at least 50-100 pounds daily. Applicants must be 24 years or older and possess a Virginia driver's license and have a clean driving record. Work hours are 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Monday through Thursday. You are required to be on call for emergency weather situations. Salary for this position will be determined by experience.
