Thompson Industrial Services LLC seeks an EO/Driver I to support industrial cleaning and maintenance services at client sites. This field-based role operates trucks and industrial equipment for hydroblasting, vacuum, and environmental cleaning under close supervision. Responsibilities include safely driving to job sites, performing pre/post-trip inspections, setting up hoses and tools, and assisting crew with shutdown and turnaround projects. The position requires strict adherence to safety procedures, use of PPE, basic equipment care, and accurate completion of paperwork while delivering reliable, professional service to industrial clients. Responsibilities Safely operate company trucks and industrial cleaning equipment to and from client sites Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and document findings Assist with hydroblasting, vacuum, and industrial cleaning setups and operations Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and site-specific rules Support crew with hose handling, equipment placement, and jobsite housekeeping Complete basic equipment checks and communicate maintenance needs Accurately follow work orders and instructions from supervisors Maintain logs, tickets, and other required job documentation Interact professionally with clients and represent the company's safety culture Participate in ongoing safety and technical training programs Required Skills Commercial driving (CDL) Hydroblasting equipment operation Vacuum truck operation Basic mechanical aptitude Load securement and rigging Pre-trip and post-trip inspections Jobsite safety and PPE use Hazard recognition and lockout/tagout awareness Reading work orders and service tickets Time management and documentation
