3007324612-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Join GFL Environmental as a CDL Front Load Driver, safely operating front load trucks to service commercial and industrial customers. You will complete assigned routes, perform pre/post-trip inspections, and ensure accurate, timely pickup of waste and recyclables. Maintain detailed route and service records using onboard systems, follow DOT and company safety and environmental regulations, and report equipment issues. You'll interact professionally with customers, support recycling and sustainability goals, and work closely with dispatch and operations in a fast-paced, essential services environment. Responsibilities Safely operate CDL front load trucks on assigned routes Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and complete logs Collect and empty commercial and industrial waste and recyclables Use onboard computing or route systems for assignments and tracking Follow DOT, OSHA, and company safety and environmental regulations Report equipment and maintenance issues promptly Provide courteous, professional customer service on routes Maintain cleanliness and safe operation of vehicle Coordinate with dispatch and operations on route changes or issues Accurately complete required paperwork and service documentation Required Skills CDL truck operation Front load waste collection Vehicle inspection and maintenance basics DOT safety and compliance Route navigation and time management Use of onboard computer/telematics systems Basic recordkeeping and documentation Customer service Knowledge of waste and recycling handling procedures Situational awareness and hazard recognition
